    The fence that i have is a open fence i usually like everyone an have no enemy's and i am open minded but i still have some stuff in my life that i want to fence out. i fence out a lot of the drug dealers and drug addicts i have no respect for them because there job is stupid and there going to get caught and they most likely are drug addicts. i have exceptions such as people who smoke pot i dont care to much for them because its not as bad as like cocaine and herione and crack but still they do abuse it a lot of poeple say they need to smoke weed because it makes them feel good but thats there only reason so i think they do not need it.
   especially crack heads and bums they chose that path and its there fault they can not blame other people for there faults. crack heads say they cam stop whenever they want but they really can not its to hard for them and they need to realize that they are addicts. but my fence other than that is more chill like nothing really bothers me and i am really friendly so thats why its so open and free. but again like hobos they aren't necessaries bad people but they have to stop blaming people for there mistakes and face facts and that they messed up and they have the power to change and make a different living but they choose not to and live there life's as a shit life so thats why i keep them out side of my fence. but drug addicts are the worst because all they think about is the crack pipe or whatever they do so they need to face reality and switch up there routine. instead of crack in the morning have a sandwich and instead of selling drugs find a job its better to get a real job then to do something thats illegal because one day they will get caught and they will eventually find out that they were stupid for it.

i am responding to brendas senior blog.

Senior year is supposed to be your best, easiest, and mostfun year out of your high school experience. Well, so far I am not feeling it.Maybe it will kick in second semester when college applications are over andgrades do not matter as much anymore. Honestly, I am so done with school. Mymotivation to do well and get work done has gone down so much.

for me this senior year is great i have the easiest classes and am having fun and i do not have to worry about college apps because i am going to community college but hopefully it will get good for you because its your senior year and you should have fun. hopefully this year stays easy and i do not slack,i am trying to maintain my 4.0 right now, it is my first time ever having a good GPA like this and quarter is bout to end so i will see if i really do have a 4.0 gpa. i think you should just keep trying you should not give up just because your motivation has gone down so i believe that you can keep going, and maybe your second semester will be a lot of better for you because you do have alot of work to do for your college and stuff like that. i am also looking forward to the ball and picnic and all that stuff an i will try to make everything the best for me and my friends because this is the last year for all of us and this is a good memory hopefullyto all of the seniors.

i am doing m y current even on this scandal that raj rajaratnam did that was not right.

Raj Rajaratnam, a self-made hedge-fund tycoon convicted of fraud and conspiracy in the biggest Wall Street trading scandal in a generation, has been ordered to serve 11 years in prison, one of the longest sentences on record in an insider-trading case, but less than prosecutors had sought.
US District Judge Richard J Holwell announced the sentence in Manhattan on Thursday after concluding that Rajaratnam made well over $50m in profits from his illegal trades.

so he basically was ripping people off for his own good, i think that is the most messed up thing he already had a lot of money so why would he keep on doing it that just does not make sense to me, is he not happy with the money he had? cause i sure of hell would of been. so he made over fifty million dollars in profit! profit from his illegal trades and was still doing it, that can last him a life time or even a couple. but i just think that he is really an idiot this is america you are bound to get caught eventually so he should of anticipated that instead of keep going and now hes going to be in jail for a long time.now he gets a long time in prison and has to pay a huge fine for his crime, but that is his fault and he deserves that. so this was one of the biggest wall street scandals ever and has to serve 11 years in prison, hopefully he has learned his lesson.

i am reblogging my friend frances blog on success.

Every so often I stop and think about where I'm going in life. I ask myself questions like what do I want to do? Where do I want to end up? To this day I still haven't been able to answer those questions and a crucial part of my life is slowly creeping up on me. Life after high school. My original plan was to take a year off from studying and go out to explore. It's a very broad desire but something that I'm very passionate about.

i have asked those same questions and it is crazy how all of us seniors are graduating already and about to start our real life. may be taking time off before college would be a good idea and really fun, you get to travel where ever you please and want, but the only problem if i tried to do that is the financial, the money is hard to get if you do not have a job or anything. but other than that it seems like a great idea because for some people there still not sure what they want to do so they are just thinking so a trip may help people find out what they want to do in life. i would like to do that to but i am already sure of what i am doing but if i did not i would totally do this. well i hope you find out what you want to do because you will probably be successful.

i have been with my girl friend for as it seems the longest time, we have been together for almost 15 months, a long ass time right. but these months have been fun and we have done a lot of fun and memorable stuff together like we went to prom together and got home at three thirty in the morning and go out to eat a lot, mainly pizza almost every friday. i am usually with her everyday after school we usually just go to my house and watch tv or movies and just chill, we are planning to watch paranormal activity three when it comes out in theatures. on weekends we usually do not really hang out because i hang out with my friends and she hangs out with hers. i have been with her long enough to say i love her because she's done so much for me and i know i have done the same for her. i buy her a lot of stuff and dam girlfriends are expensive haha but i will say that its worth it but it makes me broke a lot, i really need a job. hopefully after high school i will still be with her and she will still be in school as a senior next year. i would say her name in this blog but she can not really have a boyfriend so its on the down low with her parents but mostly everyone knows who she is because they usually see us in the hall together but we don't cupcake like this one couple i won't name there name but dam they are hell cheesy haha.

Cohen says that in the markets today they hire only good looking people with or without job experience. I agree that is what is happening, I do not really think that is the right thing to do, but in my opinion it is smart because it is bringing them customers and a lot of money. If you go to a store with less attractive people it is less likely that you will come back to that store, but in a case that you go to a store with attractive people than most people are bound to come back to that store not only because of the good clothing but to see the girls or guys again. So in my own opinion I think that it is wrong, but again smart when it comes to business, but still they shouldn’t hire people because of their looks, ethnicity, or lack of appearance. They should hire people because they know they are willing to be committed and work as hard as one should work.

                I also have experience with going to stores such as Cohen explained it, there is good looking girls and fit guys and also a lot of gay people, so it makes the customers want to come back. The people are also very friendly, but still that is about all, I guarantee that they have no job experience, so they shouldn’t get hired for what their appearance is. I am not really sure if this is right but stores such as American Eagle, Forever 21, H&M, Abercrombie, and Hollister, people know that it is an attractive place and very good clothing, so maybe only attractive people apply there because they know there pretty and they think there qualified and non-attractive people do not even try to apply for these stores because they know that it is good and so they do not even bother to apply because they assume it is too good of a job for them. From my point of view I do not think that the workers of these stores should approach only good looking girls and guys asking if they need a job because that is truly wrong they should at least ask anyone or just let the people ask them or put out wanted signs instead of approaching certain people. It is not just with these clothing stores it can apply to really any store such as GNC the vitamins and protein store; I have been to about three or four different GNC’s and I am not even joking when I say that all the workers were just all buff, there was not one single little or fat guy, and they also had decent looking girls but barely any girls.

                Cohen makes a lot of very good points in his paragraph when he was talking about how the market works and how they get business. Cohen states that, “It’s really important to create an environment that’s enticing to the community, particularly with the younger, fashionable market. A guy wants to hang out in a store where he can see good-looking gals.” So he is saying that the companies only are basically interested in young good looking girls, so there the only ones that fit the picture in the business. A lot of my friends actually do like to go to stores like that to see all the young girls that work there and kind of for the clothes but mostly for the girls, so Cohen is completely right when he said guys just want to hang out where the girls are but in my case I do not like to do that because I have a girl friend so there is no point for me to go soul searching because I am good where I am with my girlfriend. Cohen also states that, “retailers defend the approach to hiring based on image as necessary and smart, and the industry experts see the point.” So once again they hire for looks not necessarily on brains and experience. I would much rather have someone who knows what they are doing than someone with no clue of what they are doing, because now that person has to take time out of his day to teach the person what to do instead of hiring someone who knows what to do and spend the rest of the day doing whatever the manager could of done.

                So there are both pros and cons of a good looking person working for you and a not so good looking person working for you. So if you have a beautiful girl working for you most likely with no experience and have to teach her what to do, how to act and all the basics and it can really be a hassle. The pros of having a good looking girl is that it brings more customers and makes them want to come back. The pros of having a not so good looking girl working in a store like that is most likely that they have experience and know what they are doing  and know how to act and gets things done faster than a non-experienced person. The only cons of a not so good looking person is that it may not attract a lot of people but the people already know what the clothes of the store looks like so I can almost guarantee you that if they hired not so good looking people there business will still be booming with customers so now I see it as they have nothing to lose if they hire anyone, so I think that they should consider that and give it a try. But it is not illegal so they cannot stop what they are doing but maybe the company or the top person should just think about what they are doing because only a person with no heart should know that the stuff they are doing is wrong, they should just hire anyone, I guarantee the good looking girls do not need the money as much as a bad looking person needs it.

That whole day I was so mad and ready for the game. But I knew I could not play. That morning I heard that encinal trashed our school and I got even more mad. So it finally came down to the game and I was totally in that game mood.

dam that heck of sucks how you can not play cause i know how football is your passion and you love the sweet feeling of hitting people ha ha but atleast you were on the side lkines supporting your team. i also heard about encinal trashing our school and that is some childish shit they did cause if they really want to have a war we can have one they only fucked up are tree but we can always get them back but we arent going to becasue we are more mature then them there just heck of childish. And that was a close ass game and i was looking forward to alameda winning but they just beat us by a few little points but it was a close ass game and a good one. Atleast we put up a fight and it was hard for them its better then we've done in years so maybe next year will be the year when alameda kicks Encinals ass. but its whatever theres always next year and alameda can always get better. now this week alameda is facing berkely so good luck with that shit cause there good at everything basically.

[FREE] traveling

I've always wanted to travel to places but i never really got the chance to because my parents are so busy working, and so we do not have a lot of time to go anywhere but i really want to take a trip to hawaii and visit there ukulele shop and go to the beach. there beach is way better than alamedas swamp beach ha ha. and my mom is guamanian and everyone says guam is a nice ass place so i really want to go there some day and just see everything there. i want to go to tahoe when it is snowing and go snow boarding for my first time i think i will be good because i am very coordinated because i use to be good at skateboarding and that takes a lot of balance and skill so i think snow boarding will come natural to me, same as surfing i want to beable to surf the waves of hawaii or any place nice. i want to go to new york just to go there because it is big and looks really fun to walk around because alameda is very boring and there is nothing here that i am interested in. i wqant to go to korea or japan, epecially japan theres so much to do there and i really want to try out the ninja warrior course because that looks so fun. i watch every episode of ninja warrior and it looks so interesting and i like the third stage because its all strenghth and indurance and i think i have what it takes.

he says he does not want to step down but it should be up to the people what he does and obviously he is not wanted so he might as well just step down. he fled to another country because of his injures and then got healed and now he wants to come back but i think it should be up to the people to decide not him. he knows the people do not want him so he has balls for coming back when he is not needed. they should just elect a new president or leader because they want changes in the country not what he is doing if he does not leave they might even kill him.

A suicide bomber has detonated his explosives-packed car near a bank where policemen were picking up their salaries in the northern Iraqi city of Kirkuk, killing two people and wounding as many as 60, officials say.

so basically the suicide bombers do not care about there life and i feel that it stupid all they did was blow them selves up and what did they get, they only got 2 people to die and sixty injured. i do not know how they manipulate these suicide bombers to do such stupid things but it works.the bombers are killing there own people i do not understand why. but the middle eastern people always blame the united States for killing there people but we are not killing no one it is the terrorist that are killing everyone and those people are middle eastern not Americans. Johnny Hopinhymer took an airplane trip to New York to see his Grandma because she was in the hospital and so once he got off the airplane he had to take the Bart and as soon as he got into the Bart the doors locked and had a black out and literally pitch black. Johnny is a body builder so he ripped open the doors to go to the front of the Bart and tripped over this object he was assuming it was a big rock because it was hard and bruised his leg horribly and once he hit the ground he screamed in agony and immediately put his hands on his leg and reached toward the driver and got blood on his hands. The driver had gotten shot through the window so the Bart was at a complete stop and Johnny Hoppinhymer was trapped. Not knowing what to does he began looking for things to fix his leg. It was bleeding tremendously and he was walking around and the Bart rooms were so quiet so he didn’t know if someone would pop out or something crazy would happen. As Johnny was walking around he tripped once more but this time it was over a hobo’s leg and as he hit the ground a man’s voice said, hey, watch where you’re stepping. So Johnny screamed and the look on his face was priceless he had his jaw drop and eyes wide open and hands up in defense. As he got up slowly from his injury on his leg he ask the hobo if he knew how to get out the hobo said no. the only thing to do was wait for power to go on but they were thinking what if it didn’t so if they didn’t get off they would be hungry and thirsty not knowing what to do but the hobo didn’t seem worried at all he was acting as if this happened all the time and he knew something good would come out of this but Johnny on the other hand didn’t know anything so now he had to think on his own because he knew for sure that the hobo was not going to help or do anything about the situation. So he was thinking of where he was at first because he was in a new state and didn’t know anything about it and so he also had to think about how he was going to see his grandma in the hospital. So he then found the room to turn on the power then tried to fix it then got shocked and the vibration he got and the static electricity hitting every spot of his body was crazy he was screaming in so much pain and finally just gave up and decided to lay down and rest before he died trying to find an escape route so he layed next to the hobo praying that something good would come out of this but he knew maybe it wouldn’t happen.

Dam it, I forgot to post on Friday Post. Got too distracted with the Fridayness,studying, Homework and crack and forgot to do the dam post. My grade probably went down again. Doing a blog so i will not forget to write one if it is Friday again.

I know how you feel Eric but its okay you can get it back. i have forgotten about home work so much but i usually still do good and as long as you do good on the test then you should do fine. i do not really forget to do blogs because on my free period days i usually just go to the library and do them or i just do a lot in one week so the next week i do not have to do it that is what i am doing right now haha. but this year i do not really have a lot of home work so i am really really lucky the only home work i really have is these blogs because i only have english and history for my home work classes and history i just turn in at the end of the quarter. so hopefully i will get a four point zero this year because if i get below a three point zero i am truly the stupidest person in this school because i have the easiest schedule ever! but i will still try and not slack off even though that it is senior year and everyone slacks off haha.

After i graduate i plan to have a good summer hopefully go somewhere for once. me and my friends are planning to go on a lake Tahoe trip or Yosemite but not sure yet. we plan to stay there for a couple nights and have as much fun as possible because once we get to college we wont really be seeing anyone as much as we use to. but i plan to go to Chabot college and get my associates degree in fire science and hopefully be able to become a firefighter. it is a dangerous job and not really the best pay but the retirement is great and i can see myself doing stuff like that and most of the time all they do is work out so that seems like a chill ass job and when it comes to the fires it doesn't really bother me because i don't mine risking my life for someone else. hopefully it will go good because i really do not have a back up plan because this is what i really want to do so I'll do my best to make it happen. if it doesn't work out i guess maybe something with art but there really isn't that much jobs someone can do with drawings. i like drawing a lot but a future job for it will be really hard because its hard to become a good artist and sell all of your work because not a lot of people buy everyone work. if not maybe something in music but i really don't want to do that, so i will just try my hardest and be committed to becoming a firefighter.

The Syrian government has blamed what it called "terrorists" for the deaths of five security force members in the restive city of Deraa, while anti-government activists said three civilians were killed in the city of Homs.The official news agency, SANA, said on Thursday that 17 other security force members were wounded when they were ambushed by "armed terrorist groups" on the road from Tiba.

so the syrian security officers got killed but the anti-government activist were also saying that they killed three of the citizens from Homa.  Activists also said authorities blocked mobile phone signals and the internet in parts of Damascus province, at Saqba, Jisrin, Kafar Batna, Hamurieh and Ain Tarma. the UN said over 2700 people had died and 100 children since the uprising since mid march.Barrack Obama wants to impose sanction on syria. European Union had agreed in principle on another round of sanctions against Syria over its deadly crackdown on anti-regime protests. Hoyer said the EU should keep up the pressure until the government's violence stopped. Turkey is now co-ordinating its efforts with the United States, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said. i think that Syria security force shouldn't kill innocent people because its just karma for them dieing and it really isn't the people fault in my opinion. The Syrian government doesn't seem to care about other people who died except for there security force and they should start caring more about the people and not themselves.

I am responding to Zubairs football blog an i agree that it is the best sport.

Football is my favorite sport/ hobbie. I have been playing sincefreshman year. To those that dont know football, its a weired sport.Some people might think football is stupid because there a bunch ofpeople hitting each other for one ball. Others might think its the bestsport in the world. Now thats me.

in my opinion it is my favorite sport to even though i do not play for the school i heck of regret not playing because i would of loved to play football maybe as a wide receiver. a lot of people do think its stupid but its because they do not understand the fundamentals of the game all they think is that it is painful and that you are just going to get hurt but its more to that.i totally agree with Zubair that it is the greatest sport its not also fun to play its my favorite sport to watch. i find it really entertaining to watch people getting smack and hurt and a lot of the plays are bull shit though but its just fun to watch and i have been watching football for the longest time, i always watch it every Sunday and Monday and when its super bowl time we have a party and invite people over and eat a lot and watch the game and the commercials are good to they have the funniest commercials during super bowl time.but yea i agree with everything Zubair said.

[free post] this weekend

This weekend I plan to have heck of fun I want to do as much as I can because I don’t want to be bored. So starting after school on Friday I plan to maybe go eat out somewhere like pizza or something like that and then at about eight or nine o’clock I might go and play hide and go seek with a lot of people like maybe Joseph Ngyuen and heck of freshmen and my friends. And I will probably get home around eleven or twelve but its okay. The next day, Saturday I want to go biking with Dongho and Jose to go to Bay Farm and then go to the parks and run around and do stupid crazy things. Like they have this barrel roll thing from ninja warrior and its heck of fun to play on.  Then we go to this one spot and it’s this one high ass thing that I jump off just for fun and after probably go to Jose’s   house and play a little Call of Duty even though I do not really like that game that much but I guess that it is okay but I do not usually play it. And on Sunday I think I and my family are going to go to the A’s game but I am not sure yet so ill just have to wait and see. If I do not go to the A’s game then I will go with Dongho and Jose to Wes house to watch football, watch the raiders whoop any team ha-ha.

I found this current event about how the dutch massacred almost all the men of indonesia in the 1900's.

According to Indonesian researchers, Dutch troops wiped out almost the entire male population of Rawagede, a village in West Java, two years before the former colony declared independence in 1949.
"Justice has been done," said Liesbeth Zegveld, lawyer for the plaintiffs.

 so in the 1900's the dutch wiped out mostly all the men and that is just wrong, for what reason? but i feel that the Indonesia people should start talking about this and get what they need from it, because there is a lot of women that lost there husbands and now are alone because of the massacre that the dutch gave to them.
the dutch government in 2009 decided to donate $1.16m to the area of Balongsari, but has avoided using the term "compensation". they said that there would dead bodies laying everywhere and that a lot were also in the river just floating. the living witnesses are all in there 80's and have been living as widows these past years. they said that most indonesians do not even know about the massacre of the dutch and only recently has a monument been built to remind residents that Dutch soldiers killed all the men of the village. thats sad i have no idea why the dutch would do something so cruel to inocent people but hopefully now they regret everything they did in the past because you can not just kill hundreds of people and not ever think about how many people are suffering.

The world I come from is a hard working class and I try my best to help people and I do well in school. My parents own their own business as a contractor and I help with them work during the summer. About two years ago my house caught on fire, so after that I put a lot of thought into my future and decided I wanted to major in fire science and become a fire fighter. They save lives and is a dangerous job, but worth their living. They don’t get paid as much as people say, but it is something I find fun and see myself doing in my future. I plan to take two years of community college at Chabot College and get my associates degree in fire science. They don’t hire a lot so it’s a competition to be one. They have to go through series of tests such as written, test oral test, and physical test. In a way it’s good that my house caught on fire because of that I learned what I want to do in my future. I’ve had family members that were firefighters like my uncle Jim, he had gotten paralyzed and died though but not from his job, also I had a cousin who was the first chief firefighter in Alameda, I never knew him though. I plan before college to get in shape so everything that has to involve weights will be easy for me.

                A personal quality is that I play a lot of instruments. I play the ukulele and guitar and piano. I enjoy playing the ukulele the most because it’s fun and makes people happy. I began learning piano about 4 years ago and was self taught .after I learned piano it became easy to learn all the instruments. Out of those instruments I would say pianos my strongest. I also have good drawing skills and like to draw portraits of people. In my family I come from Chamorro background which is the language of Guamanian so it kind of ties in with me playing the ukulele because Guam is an island and ukulele is an island instrument. There is a lot of people at my school who try playing ukulele and some are okay but I am the best since the Hawaiians left last year, but I usually try teaching songs to those who want to play. Another quality that I have is that I love to play sports and be active. I have more energy than most people, I can run all day if I wanted and I like to work out and stay in shape. But my best quality in me is that I draw really well as I said I like portraits and really anything that is a challenge. I also like to do acrylics but I’m still learning to get better same goes with water color. All these skills come in handy for my future because I have a variety of talents, but my future so far is decided an once again that is to become a firefighter.

believe that for the most part, the change that people undergo during their four years of high school is for the better. Reflecting and looking back now, I think that I was quite a naive freshman.

Ever since freshmen year all of us were heck of weak ha ha ha but now were so strong and and got a lot bigger. we also got wiser and grew up so fast. it all went by so fast and now i regret skipping class and wasting valuable time cause now i wont get to see half of the people anymore. after high school a lot of the people here probably will stop talking to each other but i will do my best to stay in contact with everyone.i thought high school was going to go by so slowly but i did not, it went by faster then most of the people anticipated. hopefully i will meet more people in college and stay in contact with them but maybe not because just like high school it will go by really fast. these past 4 years have been really fun and i enjoyed most of them because there was a lot of good and fun times such as senior year so far and junior year. i plan to go to senior prom because i had a blast at junior prom. the only bad thing about junior prom was are prom bus it was ugly as shit but its alright hopefully senior prom is because were finally seniors and about to get the hell out of this school haha.

the weekend

This week it was kind of fun on friday i went to the football game it was a good game but hornets didnt win. they were close in the first have they caught up really fast but then lost the lead, to bad. but there was alot of good plays and i am looking forward to going to the next football game. and after the game i went home and just watched tv and ate pizza and cheese burgers. on saturday i woke up and ate more pizza and then went to my frends house, jose. we went on the computer for awhile then me and dongho left and met up at night and went biking to bayfarm at nine and got back at like twelve it was fun we went to all the parks and then just did crazy stuff haha. when i went home i just watched tv until three oclock in the morning then fell asleep and woke up at ten then watched more tv. then later on that day i drove around and had a little fun. after that i just watched tv and fell asleep at about twelve. now hopefully this week is going to fun because block schedule started and now i will be in alot of my good classes longer. next week i am going to get my permit finally! now that i'm seventeen in a half i can only do the permit test. well i cant wait for it and hope i dont fell the permit test cause that would really suck but i'll see.

I totally agree with what kevin is saying and my parents also work there ass off to pay bills and get me and the rest of my family what we need so if i ever do get rich or good money number one priority is to try to pay them back with anything. and i also would love to have a family with kids, that will make a happy life for me. a nice sized house would be great to or atleast an apartment because i eventually got to get out of my parents house haha. anothrer thing i would like to do before i die is maybe go sky diving or go out of the country to japan or somewhere nice. i would like to visit guam and see what it looks like there because i am from guamanian decent. another thing i would like to do is become a firefighter thats been my goal for awhile and after high school i will study fire science to become a firefighter although its hard to get a job for i will try my best to accomplish this life time goal of mine.but the biggest thing befor i die is to have a family and hopefully boys because i can teach them all sorts of things like sports instruments or special skills that they may want. another thing i would like to do before i die is go on a trip with my friends before we stop talking once we go to high school. hopefully i will still stay in touch with alot of people
